I visited Sweet Tooth Dental Center as an emergency patient; I was able to get in immediately for a tooth extraction. I was impressed by the entire staff, they all very friendly! The procedure was as painless as it could possibly be. I returned for a cleaning and I have to say this was the first “painless” cleaning I have had in 60 years. It did not require any numbing, and my mouth was not sore after leaving. I would HIGHLY recommend Sweet Tooth Dental Center to everyone.

Dr. Sharon and his staff exceeded all my expectations, even when I just came in for a regular checkup and cleaning. Dr. Sharon has a wonderful, relaxed and kind demeanor that puts you at ease as a patient. He is also very knowledgeable in his field, as he was able to notice a small chip and inlay needed in my tooth, which my previous dentist did not catch. Dr. Sharon’s assistant, Martha, was very sweet and gentle during the cleaning. Also, the front office staff, Whitney and Ruth, were very warm upon greeting me, and were extremely professional and efficient with the paperwork and insurance issues that needed to be done. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone!

My experience with Sweet Tooth Dental (Dr. Sharon, Martha, and Joelly) has been outstanding. I need my wisdom teeth out and a couple fillings, the work will be done in two sessions. Session 1 couldn’t have gone better – Dr. Sharon and his staff made every effort to ensure I was comfortable my entire stay and any concerns I had were addressed. The extractions were quite painless and are healing fine. Special thank you to Joelly for helping me home and getting my prescription easily. Session 2 is up next and I have no doubt I’m in great hands. Thank you all!

My husband and I love this office! Dr. Shamoiel is thorough, explains everything, and has a wonderful chair-side manner. He has actually motivated me to floss regularly, for the first time in my life. They let me book my next appointment before I leave and send me a text to remind me. They also have a great location in the Janss Mall and there is plenty of parking. Great dentist!

Well what can I say that every one hasn’t said already. I’m very picky when it come to my dentist. I have Gone to the same one since I was four years old I am now 33. Back in February of this year I was in a severe amount of pain with very little funds. my dentist is wasn’t able to fit me in that day that day. And we all know that tooth pain is worse than giving birth . So I looked up local dentist to started calling around . Sweet tooth To my surprise was the first one to pop up. What was Even better there is no emergency walking fee, consult or x-rays fee. Do you know that it would cost you $30 each x-ray that’s huge for him not to charge for those things .It blew my mind. His staff is amazing, HE IS AMAZING. Oh and for all you men out there who are terrified of going to the dentist. My husband who feels the same as ALL U Big men who are scared of going to the dentist. He Absolutely loves and respects him. And for him to ask me for his number so that he may go due to the amoun of pain he was in but could not handle it any more that’s huge . I guarantee an willing to bet my life on it. Go to him once you’ll see no other reason to go anywhere else. I think the coolest thing about him is the fact that he’s not a morning person. I sure as hell am not. Which is a good thing for everyone who has to work. It not a typical 8 to 5 hours of operation. He’s there from 10 to 7 . So if you cannot afford to miss work you don’t have to.

I came to Sweet Tooth Dental Care very apprehensive. My experiences with dentists had been poor at best. I had a history of fainting in dental offices.

Dr. Sharon put me at ease from the first moment with his professionalism and a sense of humor too. He took all steps possible to keep me calm and relaxed, via the use of music, Nitrous-oxide, and even television. Not to mention up to date dental techniques.

I can now go to Dr. Sharon and feel a calmness and surety that the dental work done will be only the best. I recommend Dr. Sharon to all my friends.

My wife and I had our first visit with Dr. Sharon last week. We had a great experience through and through so I’ll try and start at the beginning.

The office is conveniently located in the Janss Marketplace in Thousand Oaks and the setting is professional, yet comfortable. We were greeted by the front office staff, Whitney and Ruth. They were both warm and welcoming and proficient when it came to insurance/billing issues. We didn’t have to worry about anything when it came to insurance because Whitney took care of it for us – including making multiple calls to insurance to ensure we wouldn’t have to pay a penny more than we were quoted for services.

Next, we encountered Martha, Dr. Sharon’s dental assistant. She was kind, gentle and put our comfort at the forefront of her work. She was the most gentle RDA I’ve ever been treated by!

Finally, Dr. Sharon was caring, proficient, and easygoing. He was quick when performing my fillings and he made sure that I was comfortable during the procedures. He would stop and let me take breaks (because I have TMJ issues) even though it was nearly 8pm. He stayed late to treat my cavities because we are from out of town and because I was having pain. I could tell that he really cared about my health and did NOT try and sell us treatments that we didn’t need. The last dentist I went to told me I had 6 cavities. Dr. Sharon re-took X-rays and found just 3 cavities. I truly believe my last dentist was going to drill and fill areas that did not need treatment.

Overall, we had a pleasant experience which is sadly rare when dealing with dental offices. I do not often post reviews but when I receive excellent service I feel compelled to speak up about it. Thank you Sweet Tooth Dental Center!

I can’t say enough about Dr. Shamoiel and his wonderful staff! I have had horrible experiences at the dentist in the past where I was not only scared to go, but constantly reprimanded for “not flossing”. Dr. Sharon never made me feel uncomfortable or scared, the total opposite!! He is so patient and careful, it was a very calming and relaxing experience. He also personally follows up after each procedure, and if there are any questions, he takes the time to answer, even invites you back in to speak face-to-face! He doesn’t nickle-and-dime.. all of his prices are very reasonable. The office is so well kept, and there is even an X-box to entertain the kids!! I would recommend Sweet Tooth Dental to anyone and everyone — Thanks so much Dr. Sharon and Martha for all you do!!

Dr. S is my new favorite dentist. I went with a broken tooth and the x-ray said I probably needed a root canal. But Dr. S went in, cleaned out the decay, and added a filling to save my tooth. He even found another cavity under an existing filling from a different dentist. I will get a root canal for this one, but not before he tried to save it too. Totally awesome for 16 years between Dr. S and my last dentist.

Highly recommended. Everyone in the office was very friendly and caring. Usually I get lots of anxiety at the dentist but Dr. Sharon put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable. Prices are very fair.

I live in Los Angeles and for a long time could not find a dental office I was happy with. I also never realized how daunting it is trying to find a dentist you trust and are happy with. So, although it’s a long drive from LA, I thought I’d give Sweet Tooth a try. Well, I could care less about the drive to Thousand Oaks now because of how wonderful my experience is every time! The office is super nice to talk to and they are actually prompt with getting back to you, be it about working with your schedule or even those pesty insurance questions. Dr. Shamoiel is also super cool and honest. He and Martha really work well together. I recently needed new bonding done to my front tooth since my old bonding (from a different dentist) had turned an ugly brown. I was legitimately scared about who to trust to do the work! Your smile is super important, and at least for me, the first thing I really notice about someone!! He warned me that the color wouldn’t be exact between the two teeth unless I went to the lab, but I asked him to eyeball it anyways. All I can say is WOW… Not only is the color flawless, but the shaping too! (Seriously, ask him for the before and after photo when you go in). Thank you so much for making this a headache free experience!

I absolutely love this dental office. This review is long overdue. I have been with Dr. Sharon since he has open several years ago. He is funny, easy to talk to and really understands you as a patient. I was really disappointed when I moved to southern California and could not find a friendly dentist. My original dentist in northern California had been my dentist since I was 5 years old, so you could say that I am a loyal patient. Dr. Sharon always can crack a joke. The girls in his office are very friendly make the experience being at the dental office a comfortable one. The office is very modern and the dental chairs are high tech. You can watch a show while you are getting your teeth cleaned. Dr. Sharon is also a great invisalign Doctor. I did not have the best experience from a previous Invisalign Doctor. Dr. Sharon, took over my case and has done an exceptional job. He took his time to show you the end result and you were able to approve them before he sent them back to invisalign to make the trays. Some Doctors just submit the Invisalign without your approval or don’t bother to ask you if there are things you would like to modify. Dr. Sharon is very accommodating. Thanks again Dr. Sharon & staff. You guys are great!
